You’ll need:
- 250g The Soup Spoon Homemade Rendang Rempah
- 250ml milk
- 250g coconut cream
- 15ml kicap manis (optional)
- 1.2kg whole fresh chicken or chicken pieces
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 150 C for 30 mins
2. Add to an oven proof tray or pot:
- 250g The Soup Spoon Homemade Rendang Rempah
- 250ml milk
- 250g coconut cream
- 15ml kicap manis (optional)
3. Stir well.
4. Add 1.2kg fresh chicken pieces bone-in or any chicken pieces desired.
5. Mix well.
6. Cover and place into the oven.
7. Bake for 1.5 hours.
8. Garnish with coriander, fried shallots and serve over rice.
